Human Resources Business Partner at American Century Investments


Ann is a Human Resources Business Partner for American Century Investments, supporting the Global Distribution channels and teams. Originally joining the firm in 1991 as an Investor Relations Representative, Ann was promoted to Senior Manager in the direct Retail channel and became part of a design team promoting bench strength, future talent potential and leadership development. Ann left the firm in 2002, branching out into the Information Technology and Cybersecurity industries, ultimately, returning to American Century in 2015 focusing on talent and development, HR initiatives and communications, and the HRBP role.

Ann is a passionate advocate in the business partner role strengthening organizational culture, promoting the firm's Winning Behaviors, and influencing why our DE&I efforts are the right thing to do. She is a founding member for Enable, the firm's most recent business resource group supporting employees and people with disabilities, additionally a member/ally of the firm's other BRGs (Accelerate, Charlie Mike, Emerging Professionals, Mosaic and Pride).

Ann strives for a world where everyone's uniqueness will be welcomed, embraced and seen as a vital square in our world's patchwork. Within American Century, she is dedicated to enabling and supporting our employees be their authentic selves at work - with coworkers and clients. Outside of work, Ann loves anything design-related, really bad reality TV, VW convertibles, road trips, and most importantly, laughing with her children
