Experience: 20 + years
Areas of Expertise: Diversity & Inclusion, Human Resources, Leadership Development, Learning & Development, People Management, Talent Management
I am a Senior Learning Partner, APAC at Fidelity International, where I lead learning and development initiatives across the region. Alongside my professional role, I have served as Co-Chair of Fidelity's Global LGBTQ+ Network and Regional Lead for the Hong Kong LGBTQ+ Network. Through these leadership roles, I work closely with employees, senior leaders and allies to advance inclusion, foster belonging and create opportunities for LGBTQ+ talent to thrive. I am recognised as an LGBT Great Project 1000 Ally and Top Gamechangers 2026.
My career spans learning and development, talent management, coaching, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), and organisational development across Asia, the UK and North America. This diverse background has given me experience supporting individuals and teams at different stages of their professional journeys, from early career talent to senior leaders.
Prior to joining Fidelity, I was a Principal Consultant at Community Business, one of Asia's leading organisations focused on diversity, equity and inclusion. During that time, I partnered with multinational organisations including Goldman Sachs, HSBC, Citi, EY and many others to design and deliver DEI strategies, leadership development programmes, inclusion training and organisational culture initiatives. Working across multiple industries and markets has given me a broad understanding of the challenges and opportunities professionals face in different workplace environments.
Mentoring has been an important part of my professional and community work for several years. I have participated in LGBTQ+ mentoring programmes as a mentor, supporting individuals at different career stages as they navigate career development, leadership growth, workplace challenges and professional transitions. I find mentoring particularly rewarding because it creates a space for meaningful conversations that can help individuals gain clarity, confidence and direction.
My mentoring style combines coaching, practical career guidance and thoughtful challenge. Rather than telling people what to do, I aim to help mentees reflect on their goals, identify their strengths, explore options and develop actionable next steps. I believe some of the most valuable outcomes of mentoring come from helping people discover their own answers and build confidence in their decision-making.
Mentees can expect a supportive, confidential and judgement-free environment where they can openly discuss their aspirations, opportunities and challenges. Depending on their goals, I can support conversations around:
- Career development and progression
- Leadership and executive presence
- Navigating organisational dynamics
- Building confidence and resilience
- Personal branding and visibility
- Networking and relationship building
- Career transitions and career planning
- Stakeholder management and influence
- Inclusion and belonging in the workplace
Above all, my goal is to be a trusted thought partner who helps mentees unlock their potential, broaden their perspectives and take practical steps towards achieving their personal and professional aspirations.
