Bio: Polly Shute, She/Her, is the Founder and CEO of Out & Wild Festival and events and Co-Founder of OUTSpoken Speakers.
Out & Wild Festival is the biggest event in the UK for LGBTQIA+ women and those who are non-binary, and now also runs retreats and pop up events across the UK. The focus is on holistic wellbeing and connections for a part of the community that can often feel left behind.
As part of Out & Wild, she has also launched Pride Swims across the UK and this year ran the first Pride in Wellness festival at Canary Wharf. Out & Wild also supports brands by finding them intersectional wellness leads to deliver talks and events.
Polly set up OUTspoken Speakers CIC with Raga D'Silva in 2023. The social enterprise platforms and supports intersectional female and non-binary speakers across the UK and internationally.
Polly is a recognised public speaker and moderator of panels and talks.
Polly is an award winning former Brand Director and was a Board member of Pride in London until 2018, setting up its fundraising and partnerships team. She has been recognised in the Pride Power List and as part of OUTstanding leaders.
