About
Bio: I’m a brand, culture and creative strategy leader who believes in the power of ideas to spark change and bring people together. Curiosity and creativity have guided me throughout my career, and I have always been driven by a commitment to make work not just successful but meaningful. Alongside my role, I lead our internal LGBTQ+ network (ME:Pride), sit on our DE&I steering committee, and am active across the industry in pushing for change and greater understanding.
As an LGBTQ+ woman in leadership, visibility and representation matter deeply to me. When I began my career, I didn’t see any openly LGBTQ+ women in the workplace, and that absence shaped me. It made me determined to be visible for others, to show that you do not need to hide who you are to achieve your goals. I know how powerful it is to see your story reflected in someone else, and I want to create that same sense of possibility for others. My passion is building inclusive spaces where people feel seen, valued and confident to show up as themselves, because that is when real impact happens.
