Natasa Janicijevic
Senior Associate Client Relationship Management at Fidelity International
About
Bio: I am a Senior Associate in Client Relationship Management based in Luxembourg, serving as the first point of contact for all Wholesale, Institutional, Real Estate, and Retail clients in Germany. Alongside my client-facing role, I am Fidelity’s LGBTQ+ Lead in Luxembourg, driving initiatives that foster visibility, inclusion and representation across the organisation.
With my Swiss, Serbian and Vallah roots, I navigate both numbers and narratives - rethinking how we communicate, connect and belong. In my work with the German market, I have consciously challenged traditional formality by encouraging more human and accessible language, such as addressing clients by their first name. While initially seen as too direct or culturally unconventional, this approach has since gained traction, with many counterparts now adopting it and strengthening client connection.
I am passionate about standing for the less visible members of our community, which is why I began by leading educational initiatives on Bisexuality and Trans Visibility, as well as creating space for conversations on subjects often avoided in corporate settings, such as Pinkwashing.
Outside of work, I am active in Luxembourg’s, queer POC community, using poetry as a tool for activism and self-expression. I believe in shifting spaces, so more people feel free to be who they are out loud and unapologetically.
Whether I’m strengthening client relationships, creating platforms or underrepresented voices or sparking dialogue on topics others shy away from, my goal is to foster connection, understanding and meaningful change.
