Bio: Hi I’m Rachel and my pronouns are she/her. I’ve been at Barnett Waddingham for almost ten years in the Employer Consulting team as an Employee Engagement Consultant. My everyday work involves providing communications for members and diversity, equity and inclusion is at the heart of everything I do.
I joined the Pride Network at Barnett Waddingham as a proud community ally and wholeheartedly believe equality is a fundamental right, no matter what sexual orientation or gender someone is. I firmly believe I have a responsibility to stand up and be counted because I consider myself an ally. As part of my role in the network I want to help other BW allies feel confident in supporting, speaking up and raising awareness wherever we can.
