Bio: Marie-Helene is an out lesbian leader driving systemic change in Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging at Allianz Commercial and beyond. She has spearheaded global inclusive policies on transitioning at work, menopause, fertility and domestic abuse, while creating safe spaces for employees to challenge discrimination and broaden perspectives.
As Chair of the Global Allianz Pride Board, she oversees 30+ LGBTQ+ employee networks worldwide, shaping group-wide strategy and fostering visible leadership support. Marie-Helene has advanced LGBTQ+ inclusion through initiatives such as Allianz’s Pride House partnership for Paris 2024 and sponsorship of Lesbian Visibility Week. Externally, she serves as Chair of Diva Charitable Trust, and as a Trustee of Kaleidoscope Trust, while championing queer women and non-binary visibility across the insurance sector and beyond.
