My name's Michelle Fox and I'm Head of Inclusion and Engagement at law firm Capsticks. I'm bi, married to my wife and enjoy walks, birds and other things that make me sound like I'm retired. But alas, I have about another 25 years to go before the golden years kick in. I'm a DEI expert and lead on delivering Capsticks' equity, diversity and inclusion strategy and plan. Prior to joining Capsticks, I worked for Norton Rose Fulbright and Stonewall. I bring deep listening, empathetic challenge, and a non-judgemental approach to mentoring LGBTQ+ individuals. I’m passionate about being of service, creating safe spaces for exploration and growth, and supporting mentees to build confidence, feel affirmed, and navigate identity, career and life with authenticity and resilience.
