I’m a financial services professional with over 20 years of experience across investment banking and asset management, specialising in regulatory compliance, operations, and reporting. I’ve worked in a variety of leadership roles and collaborated closely with front office, legal, technology, and regulatory stakeholders, as well as led projects focused on process improvement, automation, and RegTech implementation.
Having been on both sides of the table — as a mentee and as a mentor — I’ve benefited enormously from each experience throughout my career. Because of this, my approach to mentoring is simple: it takes two to tango. Mentorship is not a one-way transfer of knowledge, but a shared journey of learning and growth. I strongly believe in both mentoring and reverse mentoring, where fresh perspectives are just as valuable as experience.
