Senior Advisor Service Associate at Principal Financial Group
About
Bio: MBA Candidate at Loyola University Chicago and Senior Advisor Service Associate at Principal Financial Group. My career focus is finance, strategy, and leadership with purpose, guided by a commitment to inclusion and long-term impact. Alongside my work in financial services, I serve as a recovery advocate with the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation, supporting marginalized and underrepresented LGBTQ+ youth battling addiction and substance abuse. My goal is to combine professional growth with advocacy, ensuring that both organizations and individuals thrive with integrity and resilience.
"Belonging starts with visibility, and when visibility is lived with integrity and courage, it creates lasting impact."
Project 1000
Because visibility saves lives and careers, for LGBTQ+ professionals, seeing someone succeed openly can be the difference between hiding and thriving. Role models not only open doors but also remove barriers, signaling to the next generation that they are valued and that success does not require erasure. By choosing visibility, leaders create a multiplier effect; this effect builds courage, cultivates a sense of belonging, and ensures that organizations genuinely reflect the diversity of the communities they serve.
