Bio: As Incident & Operational Resilience Manager, Ash has been with L&G since 2023. An active committee member from the start, Ash became Co-chair of L&G's award-winning L&GBT+ Allies Network in 2024.
Ash is dedicated to supporting and representing the LGBT+ community at L&G, fostering the company's commitment to inclusion. He is a proactive ally amongst his peers, advocating for allyship both within and outside of the LGBT+ community. Ash takes pride in his continuous desire to learn and understand more about the community he belongs to, consistently embodying curiosity.
