Bio: Marcos Gold is a senior leader in urban policy and placemaking, driving change at the intersection of community, business, and inclusion. At The Fitzrovia Partnership, he leads strategy for one of London's key commercial districts, embedding equity and sustainability into the city's future.
Alongside this, Marcos serves as Director of Community Engagement and Outreach at Pride in London, where he works to rebuild trust with grassroots LGBTQ+ groups and ensure community voices are central to Pride. He is also part of New London Architecture's Diverse Leaders Steering Group, pushing for structural change in the built environment sector.
Marcos is committed to shaping cities that reflect the people who live in them as inclusive, safe, and equitable for all.
