About
Bio: Lucy became Chief Operating Officer for TD Securities in June 2021. She is responsible for all Operational functions performed in the region and services leveraged from core centres of excellence supporting the European franchise. Prior to this she led TD Securities Global Operations and Business Services in Europe.
She is highly committed and client-oriented, with a strong track record of building, managing, and motivating local and global teams across diverse businesses and product areas. Lucy is passionate about all aspects of diversity and inclusion and is the Executive Sponsor of TD's LGBTQ+ group in Europe. Lucy was named, two years running, in the top 20 of Involve's global list of OUTstanding Executive Allies for her culture-defining work in this area. She is an active mentor within the organisation and has a keen focus on career empowerment, stakeholder management and how to manage career progression discussions.
Prior to joining TD, Lucy spent over 13 years with Goldman Sachs International and Goldman Sachs Asset Management.
Lucy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and was called to the Bar in 2004.
