Bio: Katie serves as Co-chair of Pride@Man, where she champions LGBTQ+ visibility and inclusion across Man Group. She is also a part of our Women at Man Leadership Team where she leads on the health pillar, bringing an intersectional approach that considers fertility and parental support for all families. Katie is also a mental health and wellbeing champion in the workplace, where she is heavily involved in our wellbeing initiatives. She also works in the Diversity Project Mental Health Workstream.
