Bio: Sam is Managing Partner at Barnett Waddingham responsible for Barnett Waddingham's enabling, central functions and infrastructure (Business Development, Central Operations, Finance, Governance & Risk, Marketing, People, Property and Technology) that support our overall client offering, while ensuring they remain sustainable and optimal for the long-term.
Sam is a qualified actuary with pension scheme consulting experience. He began his career advising trustees of UK occupational pension schemes before ‘moving sideways’ to focus on developing the technology we provide to our clients.
Prior to taking on the role of Managing Partner, Sam was Head of IT at BW for 17 years, where he was responsible for all technology delivery. He remains passionate about using technology intelligently to support the success of our solutions in meeting each of our clients’ unique needs.
