About
Bio: Roisin is currently leading Data-Driven Origination for our Treasury and Trade Solutions business for the UK, Europe, Middle East & Africa at Citi, based in London. She is the Business Engagement Lead and interim Co-Chair for the London chapter of the Citi Pride inclusion network, responsible for engaging Citi’s businesses and allies to support employee-led inclusion activities within the firm. She is passionate about maintaining a culture of inclusion and support for all colleagues.
Some key initiatives she has created are a Pride Ally Champion Programme, supporting colleagues to be visible and effective Allies, a ‘Future of Treasury Talent’ discussion, working with clients to understand how talent profiles are changing and how organisations can attract and retain talent, and finally a Self-ID promotion series, showcasing a variety of individuals at Citi and why they have chosen to Self-ID, empowering others to do the same.
