While I have grown up in back office operations in the global investment management industry, my passion is developing leaders for the future. I have been heavily involved in diversity initiatives inside and outside of my industry for the better part of the last two decades. I am a huge fan of straight talk leadership, learning the value of network and relationships, and mentoring young potential leaders for tomorrow.
With all of that said, I am very serious when I work but I don't always take everything serious.
