Natalie is an active LGBTQIA+ ally and works in partnership with colleagues across PGIM to ensure our talent development programs create a productive and inclusive workplace in which every employee has the skills, support, and resources to succeed in their job. When our employees feel comfortable being themselves, offering new ideas and sharing their perspectives, this directly contributes to our ability to best serve our clients’ and customers’ needs.
Natalie comments:
‘At PGIM, we strive to create an inclusive work environment of safety, respect, teamwork, and trust. I believe allyship and support of underrepresented and marginalised communities is an important part of our workplace culture. By getting to know our colleagues through respectful curiosity and empathy, we can unlock their full potential. Thank you to LGBT Great for recognising me alongside my esteemed peers – it fuels my commitment to making a meaningful difference in the asset management industry and in my community.'
