As an award-winning leader with over 25 years of senior leadership experience, I bring a wealth of knowledge to mentorship, having successfully guided over 30 mentees in their professional and personal growth. My career spans global roles across corporate leadership, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEI&B), and advancing inclusive cultures within corporate, feminist, and LGBTQ+ spaces. With a deep understanding of navigating complex challenges, I focus on empowering mentees to develop their leadership potential, strengthen their confidence, and foster a sense of belonging in their organisations and communities. My mentoring approach is tailored to each mentee’s unique goals, blending practical strategies, empathetic guidance, and actionable insights to help them achieve their aspirations.
In addition to my extensive mentoring background, I served on the board of Outright International, contributing to global LGBTIQ+ human rights advocacy and UN Secretariat initiatives. I have collaborated with over 500 organisations in 30+ countries, developing strategies to cultivate high-performing teams where inclusion thrives. I’m also a keynote speaker and certified mentor with a passion for building leaders who embrace inclusivity and equity in their leadership styles. My experience and perspectives ensure that mentees gain access to transformative guidance rooted in empathy, cultural intelligence, and a proven track record of creating lasting impact.
