Bio: Nicci has spent 30 years coaching salespeople to win. Now in a Global role for Marsh McLennan, one of the largest financial firms in the world, Nicci heads a team of coaches that support the business in all its large sales pursuits. Nicci believes that being a transwoman helps her do her job of getting pitch teams to see the world from another’s point of view (The clients) and then teach them present themselves in a more genuine way. This is what drives the 2.5x win rates her coaches obtain.
