Chloe has been a part of enhancements to customer experiences, colleague support, and Group strategy, and is a key part in the ongoing success of her company's Rainbow network. She also provides one to one support for gender diverse individuals, and colleagues who are friends and family of trans people, ensuring a comprehensive approach to strengthening inclusive communities.
