Bio: Jill Leflour is a ML Engineer at Deutsche Bank, where he started his career in 2020. As the Trans Representative and Events Lead of dbPride, Deutsche Bank’s LGBTQ+ employee resource group, Jill has spearheaded a range of initiatives to improve trans and non-binary inclusion including educational panels, awareness training for senior leaders, and better self-identification options in internal systems.
His dedication secured Deutsche Bank a significant jump in the Stonewall Workplace Equality Index, earning him the Stonewall Changemaker of the Year 2024 award. Beyond the corporate world, Jill volunteers with LGBTQ+ youth, coaches an LGBTQ+ boxing class and advocates for trans athletes in grassroots sports. His own journey as a boxer was featured on Channel 4, Gay Times, ITVX, Sky and Huck Magazine.
