Bio: My name is Dan and I work at Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) as a Senior Corporate Planning Officer for the Global Internal Communications team. I am a gay man and have been happily married to my husband since April 2024. In my spare time you will find me advocating for the LGBTQ+ community wherever I can but also spending time with my husband and dog on country /seaside walks, socialising, spending time with family and travelling the world when possible.
I am proud to be a Project 1000 Role Model/Allie because in this community alone there is strength. Strength for me to proceed with the work I have been doing to make such a significant difference where I can that could never be underestimated. But strength also to those who are already involved with Project 1000 strengthening voices and tirelessly campaigning and advocating for a world that is free of discrimination, not just for those within the LGBTQ+ community, but those who face adversity from any walk of life. There is strength and numbers and that gives hope to those who feel sometimes like the odds are against them!
