Bio: Melchior de Ridder is a consultant at Spencer Stuart and leads the financial services practice in the Netherlands. Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, he was a CEO and CMO in Financial Services in the Netherlands and Europe. He is the founder and president of the GEO Foundation, which works to improve the representation of LGBTQ at the top of corporate NL. Both at his work in Executive Search and in his Foundation, Melchior is passionate about helping making Board rooms more diverse.
