Bio: Antonio Arduini is a Quantitative Researcher / Portfolio Manager for the Retirement Solutions team, within Multi-Asset Strategies & Solutions (MASS) at BlackRock. The Retirement Solutions team is responsible for research, development, and commercialization of BlackRock's lifecycle and decumulation investment strategies. In this capacity, Mr Arduini is responsible for generating and implementing research for retirement strategies globally, with a focus on clients using bespoke solutions.
Prior to joining MASS in 2021, Mr Arduini was a member of BlackRock's Financial Market Advisory team where he was an advisor to financial institutions and government entities on financial modelling, transaction support and balance sheet management.
Mr Arduini earned a Master in Finance at Princeton University in 2017 and a BSc in Economics at Bocconi University in 2016.
Mr Arduini has been the Global Deputy Co-Chair of BlackRock's OUT & Allies Network since 2022. Before, he chaired the OUT & Allies EMEA Network since 2019.
