Josi Dumont is an ICF Certified and Accredited Leadership & Mindset Coach and holds a Diploma of Higher Education in Economics & Management. Before starting her coaching career, she spent almost a decade at a Fortune 500 company where she worked her way up to Senior Finance Professional, Product Owner, and Global Project Lead.
As she moved across countries, Josi started studying intensively how to become your best self through mindset and leadership. Her passion led her to be part of several design teams tasked to restructure the department according to the Agile Methodologies and New Ways of Working.
Despite her steep career, Josi experienced burnout and was forced to make drastic decisions for herself and her life. She then decided to take the leap and follow her soul's calling to become a coach. It is her mission to help as many people as possible to learn to trust themselves fully and lead a life and business they love, so they can have the impact they seek to make this world a better place, their way.
