Bio: Hi, I'm Max, my pronouns are she/her and I'm a single parent to two grown-up kids who identify as queer. I started my career in pensions at Barnett Waddingham ten years ago, taking an entry level role in the marketing team and working my way up to my current position as Associate and Lead Copywriter in our comms consultancy, DrumRoll. I'm passionate about being a role model and mentor for the LGBTQ+ community and women in our business. As a founding member of our Pride Network I make it my mission to strive for representation and inclusion.
