Bio: Jason McColm is a Pension Management Consultant working at Barnett Waddingham. Jason has 10 years of varied experience within the pensions industry, having worked with clients on both the small and large end of the spectrum. Jason's experience is mainly in respect of Defined Benefit (DB) and Hybrid (DB & DC) pension schemes.
Experienced in scheme secretarial, governance and client management. With an employment history across various functions of pension scheme support, starting from junior-level assistance working up to full client management. This includes experience managing a large portfolio of clients, addressing a variety of different challenges within the pensions landscape ranging from; scheme mergers, administration transitions, PPF assessment and buyout/wind-up.
Jason is proficient in managing the workflow of a number of staff across various client teams, ensuring project timescales, client service and expectations were either met or exceeded.
