I work as part of the Infrastructure Engineering team at BNY Mellon; I design, code, and implement custom IT management software. I also support the Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM) infrastructure, and research and evaluate new IT solutions.
My IT career started on an IT Helpdesk, and curiosity and determination took me on the path to the great career that I have today.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my husband and our son. I also am a trustee for a charity based in Cambridge, where I live.
