Bio: Richard Partridge is Head of Enterprise Change & PMO at Fidelity International, with global responsibilities for the company’s change portfolio. Based in the UK, Richard is also Executive Co-Sponsor of the LGBTQ+ Network at Fidelity and champions the work of the company’s DEI networks worldwide.
Prior to joining Fidelity, Richard worked at KPMG, Aviva Investors and NatWest Group. Throughout his career Richard, has built high-performing cross-functional teams, and has a strong track record of delivering enterprise-wide transformative change in complex, ambiguous and pressurised environments.
