With over 27 years’ experience in many different business roles - and many stories to tell - I have become an advocate and enthusiast for “making good companies great”.
I’m an expert in corporate governance, organisational structuring, communication, best practice and board-driven strategy. Through group and individual training and facilitation, review and data analysis, I help aspiring companies and organisations adopt the most appropriate processes, systems and approaches to enable their boards, owners and leadership teams to fix the hardest of problems and deliver value. I also work regularly with my clients to manage stakeholder and shareholder engagement and relationships.
My aim, along with my team, is to make a lasting difference to our clients through better and sustainable outcomes, improved performance and results.
As a trusted facilitator and advisor my team and I help boards to unblock, develop and accelerate growth by enriching their understanding and practical experience of corporate decision making. This enhances their impact in key areas of organisational stewardship and governance, including: resource allocation, cultural development, and growth management. Building understanding and tools to navigate the critical (and ever changing) legal and regulatory compliance challenges is a core element of this value proposition.
Underpinning all of this is an acquired deep knowledge of the operational realities of corporate governance and the difficulties of change management and effective leadership in complex organisations.
I have a breadth of skill sets and knowledge based on my experience: Dublin University educated, 10 years of extensive marketing experience (Mars Inc., Schroders & Goldman Sachs) followed by 17 years of working with boards and leadership teams through my company, Integrity Governance.
During this time, I have earned Fellowships with the following institutes: Institute of Directors (UK), Board Leadership Fellow at the National Association of Corporate Directors (US), Australian Institute of Company Directors, and Financial Services Institute of Australia. I am also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (UK).
