Bio: Daniel Ricard is a strategic and results-driven Business Management Director in the COO function at LSEG Data & Analytics, where he leads transformation initiatives, operational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration for a global division. With extensive experience advising executive leadership in professional and financial services, Daniel has a proven track record in designing and executing complex change programmes, optimising operating models, and driving operational excellence across matrixed organisations.
Daniel is also a Board Trustee for Opening Doors, the UK’s only dedicated national charity supporting LGBTQ+ people over 50. As founder and chair of Nexus, he connects over 200 LGBTQ+ employee network leaders from multinational firms across the UK, facilitating best practice sharing and thought leadership on network management and diversity issues.
Recognised for his commitment to inclusion and high-performing teams, Daniel has been named in the OUTstanding Top 100 LGBT+ Executives List (2023, 2024). He holds an MSc in Political Science from Sciences Po Bordeaux and a BSc in Economics and Politics from Cardiff University, and is bilingual in English and French.
