Bio: Frédéric Clément has been the Global Head of Human Resources at AXA IM since September 2021.
Prior to this, he led the Integration Management Office at AXA XL between 2018 and 2021, which involved the overall integration planning and decision process related to synergies, communications and cross-functional interdependencies.
In addition, Frédéric has held a range of global HR roles, including as AXA Global Head of Compensation & Benefits & International Mobility from 2013 to 2018. Frederic was also Director of HR, Communication & Corporate Affairs of AXA Bank Europe from 2011 to 2013, following his role as Global Head of Reward of AXA from 2007 to 2011. Before joining the AXA Group, Frédéric worked in consulting for Towers Watson and Accenture.
Throughout his career, Frédéric has spearheaded the cause of building inclusive workplaces where diverse individuals can thrive. He leads by example, setting clear targets, empowering teams and managing stakeholders. He is a vocal advocate of LGBTQ+ inclusion, both internally and externally, and his efforts towards the cause include building LGBTQ+ inclusive policies, including parental leave for same sex couples; starting a voluntary LGBTQ+ employee network; and utilizing data and targeted partnerships to attract and develop LGBTQ+ talent.
