Bio: Tom sits in the Business Change & Transformation team at Janus Henderson Investors and is working to enhance oversight of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance).
Tom has been with JHI since landing in London in late 2017 and was based in Melbourne, Australia, before this. Tom has 15 years’ experience in financial services, spent in operations, business transformation, customer experience, risk management, and analytics.
Two consistent threads have shaped Tom’s career – a desire to help people and to make things better. Tom helped establish Janus Henderson’s Pride network in London and believes we all have a role to play in actively signalling a commitment to diversity, inclusion, and equity.
