From the day that I started with the company, it felt like an inclusive place to work, and we continue to work on initiatives to better educate our employees on DEI issues, encourage people to bring their whole self to work, as well as focusing on the diversity of our organisation.”

“I am proud to be a Project 1000 Role Model because as a white male, who is striving to be a better ally, I want to highlight the importance and benefit of LGBT+ inclusivity in the financial services industry.”
