About
Bio: Robert Broadwell joined MSCI in April 2017 as an Executive Director, Index Client Coverage Group, with a focus on strategic accounts and ESG Indexes. Robert has over 20 years of experience in the asset management and index provider ecosystems, specializing in index strategies and Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs). Robert is only recently an openly gay man at work, and is excited to help increase the acceptance and visibility of LGBT professionals & Allies in the asset management industry. Robert co-chairs the UK chapter of MSCI Pride employee resource group.
Prior to joining MSCI, Robert worked at BlackRock for 11 years where he was one of the original members of team that launched Shares ETFs in the US, Europe and the Middle East. He is originally from North Carolina, lived in San Francisco for 8 years, and has called London home since 2001.
