Bio: Georgina is 35 and has worked in financial services for all of her working life. She is a proud, out woman in work and passionate about making the workplace a safe, welcoming and supportive environment for all LGBTQ+ individuals.
Georgina has championed the rights of her Trans colleagues, encouraging updates to internal policies and challenging transphobia and homophobia where it's been evident. She has mentored the senior leadership team in what it means to be an active, effective ally in the workplace.
Georgina said: "I am proud to be a Project 1000 Role Model because it means I am visible in the workplace as an individual who champions the needs and rights of the LGBTQ+ population, ensuring we are seen and heard."
