About

Bio: Naomi is a Vice President in Northern Trust with over twenty years experience in various Technology roles.

She has a first class honours MBS degree specialising in Managament Information Systems, a post graduate Higher Diploma in Marketing Practice, and a Bachelors in Commerce degree. She is a certified SAFe 5.0 Product Owner and Product Manager.

Naomi is currently Director of Solutions Consulting in the Enterprise Architecture group. In this role, she leads a team that is involved in developing strategies and approaches required to implement and adopt the right technology solutions that drive outcomes to build business value, deliver differentiated client experiences, and drive operational efficiencies.

Prior to her current role, she has held a variety of technology leadership roles responsible for transformation and implementation initiatives in Transaction Services, Fund Accounting, Trade, IOO, TA and Custody. She has the expertise and knowledge across the business domains to understand the interdependencies and can define optimal strategic options.
Naomi is passionate about Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and won the prestigious Chairman's Award for her efforts in building community and fostering an inclusive workplace for EMEA Technology and beyond. She mentors both internally and externally, is a certified Mental Health First Aider, LGBT+ Ally and is a driving force behind the EMEA Women in Technology group. She has participated in the WeAreTechWomen conference in 2021 & 2022 discussing how business can drive their DE & I initiatives, in addition to how women can balance their career and family to succeed. She is a visible female role model in technology and is involved in the 30% Club Ireland, in addition to speaking on panel discussions to drive a more gender diverse technology workforce. She is also an advocate for neurodiversity - regularly contributing to the discussion, in addition to driving the conversation around LGBTQ+ rights and inclusion. In the community, she strives to enhance the rights of children with special educational needs to an inclusive and equitable education where they can strive.
I am am passionate about the importance of equity - we all deserve the basic right to be included as our authentic selves and shine with the talents that we have. Nobody should be 'othered' and feel that they are less than anybody because of who they are. I believe that we should all promote kindness and mutual respect and lead by example.
