About

Bio: Áine is the Head of Asset Management Change at M&G PLc; M&G Plc is a FTSE 100 listed leading savings and investments business; Áine's remit includes all change and transformation across the asset management business which comprises a portfolio of programmes and projects across both technology and business change domains.

With background in strategy and transformation programme delivery, with significant Financial Services experience including senior delivery roles across IT and Business Transformation Programmes as well as leading and managing sizeable change and run functions, her experience includes delivery of a range of complex business and technology initiatives including Corporate Parnerships Portfolio, Mid-High Net Worth segment, Organisation and Cultural change, Contact Centre Transformation, Merger Integration, De-merger, Operational efficiencies as well as numerous Regulatory / KSOR, Innovation and Customer Experience initiatives.

Recognised by colleagues and customers as an engaging energetic leader who applies a pragmatic approach to make change happen translating business strategies into actionable outcomes. Track record of building and leading high performing delivery teams whilst providing meaningful challenge and direction across projects and programmes. In addition to the day job, Áine is a sponsor of the M&G culture programme and leads activities across the COO in relation to improving Customer Focus.

Out of work, Áine enjoys spending time with friends, cooking, travelling and sport; she is a keen runner, often seen with her cocker spaniel “Murphy” and spends countless hours watching her sons play rugby and cricket.
