About

Bio: Creating purpose driven design under the EY global brand is how I develop and deliver solutions for top-tier clients. While these daily challenges are never the same they always include working with global clients and key senior stakeholders as well as teams from diverse backgrounds and locations. I provide and drive creative strategy leading with a hands-on approach. My core emphasis and passion is a design experience that engages and inspires others while winning a few awards along the way.

My motto is Aspire to inspire before you expire.

I am co-chair emeritus of EY Unity and co-founder of the US firm's network. Our network has contributed to the elevation of the firms brand and reputation of being a inclusive leader amongst the professional services industry. We have seen policy change, improvements for our people and contributions to creating value within our external communities.
