About
Bio: Managing Director – Mutual Fund Accounting, joined the firm in 1993. John is primarily responsible for fund accounting, fund administrator oversight, financial reporting, and valuation matters for mutual funds and other NB registered vehicles in foreign jurisdictions.
In 2019, John McGovern co-founded the NB Pride employee resource group. NB Pride’s mission is to provide LGBTQ employees and allies a forum for networking with colleagues across the firm and seek ways to enhance the firm’s engagement with and support the LGBTQ community. Today, John continues to serve as the co-leader of NB Pride and is an important voice to the firm and senior management on the firm's LGBTQ and DEI efforts.
John completed a BS in Accounting from Villanova University and an MBA from Fordham University.
