Bio: Brad is a Managing Director and Private Banker of Citi Private Bank. He is responsible for providing tailored financial strategies to ultra-high net worth clients, endowments, and foundations across the Western US. Brad joined Citi Private Bank in 2007 and has over 30 years of experience in the financial services and banking industry. Before Citigroup, Brad was a Director at ING Capital for more than 12 years, focusing on originating, underwriting and monitoring credit facilities and equity investments.

As an LGBT+ leader, Brad has been a vocal role model for others and is committed to driving LGBT+ DE&I internally and externally. Brad has founded and led two Pride Employee Resource Groups throughout his career, both at ING and Citi. In 2017, he founded the Citi Pride Network California and led this ERG as the Co-Chair for two years. Brad is also the current North America Co-Chair for the Global Pride Affinity and oversees 34 co-chairs and over 3,500 members in North America.

Brad is also active with organisations that focus on volunteering and advocacy, representing the financial services industry, including HRC, Lambda Legal, One Archives, LA LGBT Center, Out & Equal, True Colors United, SAGE, Liberty Hill Out Fund and OutRight International. Brad frequently speaks on LGBT+ issues and has been recognised with numerous nominations and awards for his LGBT+ DE&I work.

Brad graduated from the University of California with a BA in Economics.
