About
Bio: Angus Jacobs is based in London and a specialist in Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Leadership & Executive Development with extensive experience working for multiple FTSE 100 companies. He is also an NLP Practitioner and an experienced coach accredited in the use of many psychometric instruments. His coaching philosophy is based on creating a safe space where employees can be open and their true authentic selves, thereby having the courage to demonstrate vulnerability – and it is there where ‘lightbulb’ moments happen, inspiring growth and further development.
Angus is a champion for diversity, equity and inclusion previously co-chairing the Pride networks at both Citi Bank and Man Group. Whilst at Man Group, he was also appointed a Trustee to the Man Charitable Trust liaising closely with several charities during his tenure.
In his spare time, you can find him creating, directing, and choreographing musicals for various societies across London and Hampshire - the latest being Rock of Ages, at the Haymarket Theatre.
