Bio: Emma is an award-winning leader with over 30 years of experience driving transformative change across the Financial Services industry. A Chartered Manager with an MBA, she began her career in the 1990s with blue-chip firms in London, and from 2017 to 2025, was a pivotal force at SJP. Most recently, she served as Head of Change for SJP’s Asia business, supporting operations in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Dubai with her signature blend of strategic vision and operational excellence.
Emma is known not only for her sharp analytical mind and unwavering determination but also for her deep care for people and her passion for collaborative success. Her colleagues describe her as energetic, organised, and relentlessly committed to making a difference.
Beyond her professional achievements, Emma has been a trailblazer for LGBTQ+ inclusion. She founded and served as the Co-Chair of SJPride, championing visibility and equity across the firm, forging powerful partnerships with organizations like LGBT Great, myGwork, and Stonewall. She also led the creation of a dedicated network for SJP’s Financial Advisers, empowering them to better serve LGBTQ+ clients with understanding and empathy. Her work has been recognised externally, with awards and shortlistings for SJP, the network and for Emma personally.
Emma’s impact reaches far beyond the walls of the workplace. In Gloucestershire, she founded and led a county-wide LGBTQ+ inclusion network for employers and actively volunteers with local LGBTQ+ charities, proving that leadership is not just about titles, but about heart, courage, and community.
