Vision

Women of Impact celebrates and elevates the achievements of LGBTQ+ women across industries and communities. This bold initiative recognises the leadership, advocacy, and authenticity of women whose contributions have shaped a more inclusive world. By amplifying their voices, we aim to inspire others, showcase resilience, and highlight the unique perspectives driving progress and empowerment.

How the Women of Impact List is Chosen

The 2025 list will feature LGBTQ+ women who have made a meaningful difference in the past year. A focus will be placed on intersectionality by encouraging nominations of people from diverse racial, cultural, socio-economic, and other under-represented backgrounds. Honourees will be recognised their contributions to:

  1. Championing awareness and visibility in society and/or the workplace.
  2. Leading impactful campaigns for LGBTQ+ rights in society and/or the workplace.
  3. Excelling in their field and breaking down stereotypes through allyship.

Key Milestones

  • 1st June – 31st August 2025: Nomination period
  • 31st August: Nomination deadline
  • September 2025: Final confirmation of honourees and delivery of tailored marketing materials, including profiles, videos, and social media assets
  • 15th October 2025: Go-Live and Launch
