The Top 100 Gamechangers List 2026 recognises exceptional individuals at all levels who are raising the bar for inclusion. This programme celebrates those who lead with impact, supporting others, showing up with empathy and understanding, and strengthening cohesion across workplaces.

What is the Gamechangers List?

The Gamechangers List celebrates individuals who are not only excelling in their roles but are also making a tangible difference by championing inclusion, visibility, and community. It is a platform to spotlight those who inspire others, break down barriers, and foster environments where everyone can thrive.

Criteria for Recognition

Nominees are selected based on their impact in three core areas:

1. Leadership: Support Others to Succeed

  • Uses influence to remove barriers and create opportunities for others.
  • Champions the success of colleagues and peers, fostering an environment where everyone can thrive.

2. Optimism: Leverage Visibility with Purpose

  • Uses their voice and platform to create meaningful impact.
  • Demonstrates positivity and resilience, inspiring others to be visible and proud.

3. Empowerment: Build Community & Cohesion

  • Strengthens trust, belonging, and psychological safety within teams and organisations.
  • Supports and builds networks and communities that support inclusion and wellbeing.

Key Dates for 2026

  • Nominations Open: 1st Jan 2026
  • Nominations Close: 30th June 2026
  • Final List Published: 10th November 2026 (in conjunction with the inaugural conference)
