Vision
The Top Executive Allies initiative celebrates the transformative contributions of senior leaders who have demonstrated exceptional allyship for the LGBTQ+ community. These executives go beyond symbolic gestures, they actively champion inclusion, drive awareness, and create tangible change in their workplaces, industries, and beyond. This list is a testament to the power of leadership in fostering progress, inspiring others to follow suit, and making the workplace more equitable for all.
As part of this recognition, we also celebrate those who have actively participated in ‘Seeing is Believing: The Power of Authentic Allyship’, contributing to its groundbreaking research and roadshows. These individuals have proven that executive allyship is a powerful driver for systemic change and visibility.
Criteria for Selection
The 2026 Top Executive Allies will be selected based on their measurable impact in:
- Driving Awareness and Visibility: Advocating for LGBTQ+ inclusion through policies, visibility, and role modelling in their organisations
- Championing Allyship Initiatives: Leading or supporting impactful campaigns, including involvement in research and advocacy programs like ‘Seeing is Believing.’
- Creating Inclusive Cultures: Demonstrating leadership excellence by embedding LGBTQ+ inclusion into their organisational strategies, fostering a culture of belonging.
Key Milestones
- 1st October – 31st December 2025: Nomination period.
- Outreach Campaign: Engage member firms, networks, and LGBTQ+ allies to nominate trailblazing executive allies.
- Special Emphasis: Recognise contributions from leaders who participated in ‘Seeing is Believing’ research and roadshows.
- Engagement Campaigns: Leverage social media, webinars, and articles to promote the initiative and highlight the importance of executive allyship.
- 31st December: Nomination Deadline
- January 31, 2026: Final confirmation of honourees and delivery of tailored marketing materials, including profiles, videos, and social media assets.
- February 15, 2026: Official launch of the Top Executive Allies List, showcasing honourees across digital platforms and industry events.
