Bio: Anna Schell is a Co-chair of the Pride @ MFS Employee Resource Group, and has worked with leaders of the LGBTQ+ community in Boston to promote the advocacy and support of community members for the last ten years. An out and open transgender woman, she brings a wide range of experiences to the financial space beyond DEI work – from Army Intelligence Analyst to Retail Sales Manager, to B2B HR Marketing.
Her passion is helping to create sustainable, accepting and inclusive workspaces for those of the LGBTQ+ community to bring their best selves, find mentorship and visibility, and create successful careers in historically-underpopulated industries.
