I have been a mentor and mentee for years inside my organisation, I’ve realised that this needs to start happening outside as I have a lot of experience and knowledge to share to help others. Whether this is the struggle of balancing personal life with work, tackling work problems, being Co-Chair of a staff network, or managing upwards. I have lots of life and work experience and hope I can help others by sharing.

I feel role models are important to make a difference. Without role models, how can our communities achieve greatness and see what is possible. I am proud to have been selected to be included in this wonderful list, that I can help make a difference and strive for a better future for us all.
