About
Bio: Courtney Phelps is a Financial Advisor and part of a dedicated team who founded their new practice, Wyatt Wealth Management, in 2021 after serving the community for decades under Wells Fargo Advisors. After seeing the gap in financial services towards women, LGBTQ families, and people of color, Courtney has dedicated herself to achieving equity in the services she provides and is a tireless advocate of LGBT causes, volunteering with the Pride Community Centre in Bryan.
Courtney specializes in holistic planning, financial education, and investment advice. The clients at Wyatt Wealth Management know her to be professional, knowledgeable, and service oriented. She works hard to make a difference for her clients by educating them about their financial lives, as well as through small, everyday ways. Courtney brings over 10 years of experience at larger financial institutions as well a B.A. in English from Sam Houston State in Texas to the team at Wyatt Wealth Management. A native of Beaumont, TX, she traveled all over before settling in Aggieland with her wife and three kids.
I am proud to be a Project 1000 member because after more than a decade of working on teams where I repeatedly saw fewer than 1 in 100 households made up of those communities I decided to join in forming Wyatt Wealth Management so that I could dedicate my time to bringing financial services to those communities.
